Adopt a Hot Spot The Regional Transportation Alliance strongly advocates for and supports improvements to key arterial junctions. The organization recognizes that widening, signal timing, restriping, etc. can provide immediate benefits to users. We support the implementation of multifaceted projects – those that combine additional lanes with geometric improvements and signal rephasing – to maximize delay reduction to pedestrians and motorists.
