Laura Hulsey is Regional Vice President of Commercial Markets with RBC Bank.  In this role, Hulsey leads a team of Commercial Relationship Managers to execute the Bank’s strategic priorities to grow and deepen client relationships.   Prior to this role Hulsey was a Senior Relationship Manager for RBC Bank.  Prior to joining RBC Bank in 2006, she was a Commercial Account Manager for First Citizens (2003 – 2006) and a Business Banker for Wachovia (1997 – 2003).

 In addition to her professional career, Hulsey is involved with the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce as a graduate of Leadership Raleigh 21.  She represents RBC Bank on the Chambers Board of Advisors.  She is also involved with the Chamber serving on the Leadership Committee for the Chamber’s annual capital campaign.  Hulsey is a board member and executive committee member for the Coastal Pines Girl Scout Council which serves 41 counties and 32,000 girl members in eastern and central North Carolina.  She serves on the board of directors for Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women and is the immediate Past-President.  She is a former advisory board member to the North Carolina State University College of Management.

 Hulsey is a native of Wilson, N.C., and attended North Carolina State University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management.  Laura, her husband, Eric, and their daughters, Stewart and Mary Helen, live in Raleigh.
